This policy explains how Powerhouse Digital ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit powerhousedigital.net or contact us. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you submit our project form: your name, email, business name and, if you choose, phone number, website and message.
- How you found us. Campaign details from the link you followed, such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers (for example from Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or Microsoft ads), your landing page and the referring site.
- Technical data. Your approximate country (to show the right privacy options), browser type, and spam-protection signals from Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Cookies and pixels. If enabled and permitted by your choices, analytics and advertising tags from Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft (Ads and Clarity) set cookies or similar technologies to measure visits, ad performance and site usage.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver services you ask for.
- To measure which ads and channels bring in enquiries, and improve them.
- To keep the site secure and free of spam.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising platforms to measure and improve ads may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some US state laws. You can opt out at any time (see below).
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run our site and tools, such as Cloudflare (hosting, security, form storage) and our email provider.
- Advertising and analytics partners listed above, only when your choices allow it.
- Legal reasons, if required by law or to protect our rights.
Your choices
- Cookie and ad tracking choices. Open your privacy choices to accept or opt out. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland see optional tracking only after accepting.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of ad tracking.
- Ad platform settings. You can also manage ads through Google, Meta and industry opt-outs at aboutads.info.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and other US states, and the EU, EEA and UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. EU/UK visitors may also object to processing and complain to their local data protection authority. To make a request, email us at the address below. We'll verify the request and respond within the time the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, or longer if you become a client and we need records for the work and for tax purposes. Analytics and advertising partners keep data according to their own policies.
Security
The site runs on HTTPS, form submissions are protected against spam and stored with access limited to us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
International visitors
We're based in the United States and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date above.
