Pricing and services
Prices shown on this site are starting prices in US dollars for the packages described. Every project is confirmed by a written proposal or agreement that sets out the final scope, price, payment schedule and timeline. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins. We may update packages and prices at any time; changes don't affect work already agreed in writing.
Results
We work to grow your bookings, visibility and revenue, but marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific rankings, leads or sales.
Booking demo
The booking demo on our homepage is a demonstration only. No booking is made and no payment is taken.
Your submissions
When you send us a project brief, you confirm the information is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. We handle it as described in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, graphics, logo and code belong to Powerhouse Digital. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorized access to it, and no spam or false submissions.

We may link to other sites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties about the site and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
